At Royal Left Wine, we want you to enjoy your purchase with confidence.

Change of Mind: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for alcohol products once they have been opened. Unopened items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, at the customer’s expense.

Faulty or Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. In line with Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Process: To request a return, email us with your order number, proof of purchase, and photos (if applicable). We will provide instructions for the return.

Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (PayPal or credit card). Please allow a few business days for the funds to appear in your account.
